هذه الشروط تنظّم استخدامك لموقع gaithgames.com والألعاب المستضافة على نطاقاته الفرعية وتطبيقات غيث قيمز، ومنها «فارس المغارة» على Android. استخدامك لأي منها يعني موافقتك عليها.
من نحن
غيث قيمز (Gaith Games) استوديو ألعاب سعودي مستقل من الرياض. ألعابنا مجانية، وتعمل بلا حساب ولا تسجيل دخول.
الاستخدام المسموح
نمنحك حقاً شخصياً غير تجاري لتشغيل ألعابنا والاستمتاع بها.
لا يجوز لك الغش أو التلاعب بالنتائج، ولا استخدام برامج آلية أو ثغرات، ولا تعطيل خوادمنا أو محاولة اختراقها، ولا نسخ الألعاب أو بيعها أو إعادة نشرها أو تعديلها لإعادة توزيعها.
الأسماء المستعارة ولوحات الصدارة
في بعض الألعاب يمكنك إرسال نتيجتك إلى لوحة صدارة عامة باسم مستعار تختاره. اختر اسماً لائقاً، ولا تستخدم اسمك الحقيقي الكامل أو أي بيانات شخصية، ولا اسماً مسيئاً أو ينتحل شخصية غيرك.
يحق لنا حذف أي اسم أو نتيجة مخالفة أو مشكوك فيها دون إشعار. وتفاصيل ما نحفظه ومدته في سياسة الخصوصية.
الإعلانات والمكافآت
تعرض بعض ألعابنا إعلانات من شبكات خارجية مثل Google AdSense وGoogle AdMob. الإعلان بمكافأة اختياري، ولا يظهر إلا إذا ضغطت زر المشاهدة.
المكافآت داخل اللعبة (مثل الإحياء أو مضاعفة الذهب) عناصر لعب فقط، ليس لها قيمة نقدية، ولا تُستبدل بمال ولا تُنقل. وقد لا يتوفر إعلان في كل مرة، فيختفي زر المكافأة حتى يتوفر.
لا نبيع شيئاً داخل ألعابنا حالياً، ولا نطلب منك أي بيانات دفع.
الملكية الفكرية
الألعاب وشخصياتها ورسومها وأصواتها وموسيقاها وشعار غيث قيمز ونصوص هذا الموقع ملك لغيث قيمز أو مرخّصة لها، ومحمية بقوانين حقوق المؤلف والعلامات التجارية.
يسعدنا أن تشارك لقطات ومقاطع من لعبك على الشبكات الاجتماعية، ما دمت لا تنسبها لنفسك ولا تستخدمها في منتج تجاري.
حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم ألعابنا «كما هي» ونسعى لتعمل دائماً، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها من الأخطاء أو توفرها بلا انقطاع. وقد نعدّل أي لعبة أو نوقفها أو نعيد ضبط لوحات الصدارة في أي وقت.
في أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ينتج عن استخدامك لألعابنا أو عن تعذّر استخدامها، ومنه فقدان التقدّم المحفوظ على جهازك.
الإعلانات والروابط الخارجية تعود لأصحابها، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية محتواها.
تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of gaithgames.com, the games hosted on its subdomains, and Gaith Games apps, including "Faris: Knight of the Cave" on Android. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Gaith Games is an independent Saudi game studio based in Riyadh. Our games are free and work without an account or sign-in.
Permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to play and enjoy our games.
You may not cheat or manipulate scores, use bots or exploits, disrupt or attempt to breach our servers, or copy, sell, republish, or modify our games for redistribution.
Nicknames and leaderboards
Some games let you submit your score to a public leaderboard under a nickname you choose. Pick an appropriate nickname, do not use your full real name or any personal data, and do not use offensive names or impersonate others.
We may remove any nickname or score that breaks these terms or looks suspicious, without notice. What we store and for how long is described in our Privacy Policy.
Ads and rewards
Some of our games show ads from third-party networks such as Google AdSense and Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and only play when you tap the watch button.
In-game rewards (such as a revive or doubled gold) are gameplay items only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. An ad may not always be available; when it is not, the reward button stays hidden.
We do not currently sell anything in our games, and we never ask for payment details.
Intellectual property
Our games, characters, art, sounds, music, the Gaith Games logo, and the text of this site are owned by or licensed to Gaith Games and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are welcome to share screenshots and clips of your gameplay on social media, as long as you do not claim them as your own work or use them in a commercial product.
Limitation of liability
Our games are provided "as is". We work to keep them running, but we do not guarantee they are error-free or always available. We may change or discontinue any game, or reset leaderboards, at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games, including loss of progress saved on your device.
Ads and external links belong to their owners, and we are not responsible for their content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our games after an update means you accept the new terms.
